Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy have changed. We think you'll like them better this way.
This week on our Sunday broadcast, we have two stories. Our founder, Rick Spisak interviewed longtime human rights activist, Meredith Ockman. Meredith has been a driving force for women's rights, Planned Parenthood, and the LGBTQ community. She is also the Chair of the Palm Beach Human RIghts Council, and an eperienced political campaign operative.
Our second story is also about the pending ROE decision, the GOP stonewalling, and how the very real implications are already being felt by minorities even before the SCOTUS decision has been finally handed down. Privacy rights of all types are being attacked by police. Just recently, a young trans woman in high school was attacked by police, who broke into her house, and handed her over to foster care. Her crime? She wanted to attend school as a trans girl. The school would not allow her to enter the building. She was told to take her classes online, and she refused. The police called her truant and essentially kidnapped her. This happened in Tennessee, and is an example of the vast implications of this decision.
We willl also designate our Jackass of the Week.
