The Supreme Court accepted a case last month that could decide the fate of the Clean Air Act--and the subsequent duty of the EPA to regulate pollution emissions. The case is West Virginia v. EPA. This case is about far more than the specific details in the complaint. This case could be the final deathblow to federal regulation of anything, due to the "nondelegation doctrine" espoused by Justice Neil Gorsuch and fellow corporatists. I won't call Justices Gorsuch, Alito,Thomas, Roberts, Kavanaugh and Coney-Barrett--'conservatives' as they seek to conserve nothing but the status quo--which IS the reign of "corporate capture." Using a court created 'legal fiction', Gorsuch and 'friends' will attempt to complete a formula which will render federal regulations inoperable, and result in a total corporate run state.
Tune in.
