This week, I will discuss the DeSmog coverage of corporate greenwashing. In short, greenwashing IS premeditated fraud. Some may call it 'misinformation', which is the essential feature of fraud. Premeditated fraud is and has always been a criminal act, yet corporations are permitted a blank check on this act. This must stop.
