EJR with Jeanine Molloff - Where does all the radioactive fracking waste go?

Journalist Justin Nobel investigated the issue of fracking waste. Rather than trust the politicians or the corporate attorneys, he dug deep into the situation for one company in Texas known as Lotus LLC. Now, keep in mind that LLC is an acronym which stands for 'limited liability corporation', and though there are legitimate uses for this legal contrivance, this situation with Lotus LLC, truly makes a mockery of any implied legitimacy. 

Lotus LLC has been caught stockpiling materials in what can only be called out as careless, negligent, and frankly dangerous to workers on site and the public at large. This repository of fracking waste is little more than a garbage dump for radioactive materials. 

Lotus LLC didn't care for this expose published on DesMog blog and took them to court, demanding a full retraction of the expose. This episode also speaks to the abuse of our dubious 'justice' system by the rich and powerful, at everyone else's expense.
