PNN Interviews Scripps Journalist Eve Samples

PNN News Director Rick Spisak, interviews award winning journalist Ms. Eve Samples on the luxuriant carpet of cash, set out before Gov. Scotts Corporate buddies.

Eve Samples is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill who has covered business, local government, the arts and crime. She started her career in 2000 as an intern at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, in a city where people flawlessly pronounced her Polish maiden name, Modzelewski. That never happened in her hometown, Miami. Before becoming the Martin County columnist for Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers in 2009, she worked as a reporter at The Palm Beach Post for five years. When she's not writing columns, Eve and her Alaska-bred husband spend lots of time playing with their young son.

Eve's columns run Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
