Derrick Gordon was born and raised in Plainfield, New Jersey. He gained national awareness in 2014 when he became the first NCAA Division I. Men's Basketball Player to come out as gay, doing so on ESPN. Derrick today is an actor, residing in LA. He was recently cast for his first leading role in a movie and is set to begin filming this spring/summer. Also as a Personal Trainer, Youtuber, and Influencer Derrick utilizes his social media platforms and other platforms as vehicles to spread his message of fitness, wholeness and positivity.
