For this reason they are good “sheep” willing to be led by their “leaders” and a corporate media that thrives on their apathy and sycophantic nature. It does not matter how corrupt or detrimental what is being fed to them is---they eat the mental opiate as if it were candy. If American, en masse, protested the illegally wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, they could put an end to them. If Americans did their homework and refused to celebrate vile historical characters and actions like, Columbus, Andrew Jackson and the plundering of native land---the social framework of the US would drastically change. However they don’t and, thus, we continue to see injustices prolonging themselves without abatement. As we approach the bastardized “Christian” holiday of Christmas Your World News will be examining this so-called holy day and what it has become throughout the capitalist country of America. It has become a holiday in which scores of “Christian” children know far more about an obese mythological white man climbing through chimneys than they do about the so-called birth of their savior. Many “Christians” from coast to coast are more consumed with being slaves to corporations and being mindless consumers than they are in giving to their fellow downtrodden man.
