Artist, writer and founder and facilitator of Modern Minoan Paganism, Laura Perry shares with listeners tonight her passion for the Minoans of the Bronze Age Crete. Through the art of the Minoans, particularly the frescoes of Knossos, she realized that women's position in society hasn't always been the way it is now under the oppression and domination of patriarchy. If she's not busy drawing, writing or leading rituals and workshops, you can probably find her in the garden or giving a living history demo at a local historic site.
