Topic: The Pony Express relay has been postponed till next spring.Instead,the Lady Godiva relay will be ON - Sacramento (Oct 15th). Reno/Carson-City (Oct. 16), Salt Lake City (Oct. 18), Cheyenne (Oct. 23),Denver (Oct. 24),Richmon-DC (Oct. 30) Phoenix (Nov. 6).

The MARR-PLAN will end helicopter roundups, wild horse captivity and the specter of slaughter once and for all, release most of the captive horses, and close the expensive holding facilities, thus SAVING the wasted $70 million per year of BLM's $80 million regular annual budget currently spent on helicopter roundups and running the totally pointless holding facilities.

In sharp contrast, the current BLM policy - the so-called "Path Forward" - requires rounding up 15,000-20,000 wild horses per year for years to come.
