2nd Segment:  JUSTICE FOR BRANDON C. JACKSON                                      In October 2006, Brandon was confronted by a mob white guys calling him "N_ _ _ _ _" and other racial slurs, a fight broke out and now Brandon is in jail for 12 years.  Has justice been served? His mother, Ms Gloria Fisher will be here to talk about this case.

3rd Segment:  OCTOBER SURPRISE?                                              President Obama and Governor Christie has become "bros" in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.  Will this have any effect on the election?
