Fighting Title VII & Title IX and Biden Redefining Foster Care

Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti led a coalition of 18 states in filing a lawsuit against the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) after it released new sexual harassment guidance extending Title VII’s protections against sex-based discrimination to cover gender identity. A group of Republican attorneys general announced a new lawsuit against the Biden administration over its changes to Title IX. The Biden administration is repurposing a federal program (that is supposed to help kids in the foster care system transition to adulthood) to use taxpayer dollars to fund efforts to transition children into the opposite sex. Pro-Life activist Lauren Handy was sentenced to 57 months in prison and three years of supervised release after she was convicted on charges of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act and conspiracy against rights. George Stephanopoulos made the claim that the Deep State was actually “packed with patriots.”
