Joe Biden’s education secretary pick said that he believes schools have a “legal responsibility” to include transgender men in women’s sports. San Francisco is suing its own public school district for failing to develop a sufficient plan to return kids to in-person learning, the city attorney has announced. After reports recently surfaced that Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom was being lobbied to appoint Congressman Adam Schiff as California’s next Attorney General, some of the most prominent criminal justice reform advocates in the state banded together to express their “strong opposition.”
