 It’s Halloween but you’ll get no tricks here on the treat of hearing me talk about the topics of the day. Since the Oct 8 UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change report that we have only 12 years left to avoid climate catastrophe. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has called for an all-out mobilization of industry "to get us to 100 percent renewable energy" to address the crisis, which she says poses a "direct existential threat" similar to that posed by Nazi Germany during World War II. Tom Harris, Executive Director of the International Climate Science Coalition, will join me to discuss it. President Trump got folks talking this week when he suggested that he would end “Birthright Citizenship" with the stroke of his pen.
