Kim Davis, the Rowan County Clerk who stopped issuing all marriage licenses in the days after the SCOTUS opinion citing her religious beliefs as her reason for not issuing them to same-sex couples, is now in jail. Held on contempt of court charges she remains firm on her stand that she cannot issue marriage licenses based on her Christian beliefs. A fire storm is now rising as Christians move to support her and Gay Right's Activist rally to claim victory and silence those who would oppose the unconstitutional actions of the court in this matter. I'll be joined by Dr. Sharon Schuetz and we will be discussing the matter from a Constitutional viewpoint and a faith-based viewpoint.
