He has served more than 200 parachurch ministries, several thousand Christian churches, and many other non-profit and for-profit organizations as well as the military. In addition to his continuing role in The Barna Group, he is the principal in Metaformation, a company dedicated to helping people optimize their life journey, and a Senior Partner in Strategenius Group, which provides strategic marketing and business development services. 

Barna has written more than 40 books addressing leadership, social trends, spiritual development, and church dynamics. They include best-sellers such as Revolution, Transforming Children into Spiritual Champions, The Frog in the Kettle, Pagan Christianity?, and The Power of Vision. His most recent books are Maximum Faith and The Cause within You.
