Ukrainian crypto currency; Regulating & Controlling crime in urban areas

There was a fake news story floating around that money was funneled to the Ukraine through FTX crypto but it was determined by the Associated Press that the Ukraine does not receive in kind payments that way.  Now that Trump announced his presidency, more conspiracy theories are on the surge.  Also, in some ways, it is not safe to live on a college campus or nearby.  Seven deaths this week of college students between the three athletes in Virgina and 4 young college students in Idaho.  The motive for the murders in Virginia is sketchy and not fully determined by police or the shooter's family.
