Holes in the California Ballot and Recall Election

Jon states that he questioned at the polls why there is notebook sized holes in the ballot.  They said at the polls, it is to track blind people voting. Gavin Newsom won and it was a waste of taxpayer money.  Larry Elder was a personal friend of mine.  He is smart on the issues but too salty for most Californians taste.
