Tonight we will discuss judicial activism and what the Supreme recently decided on gay rights and not what they chose to decide on police reponsibility.  Two young Black female activists found dead in Florida; two younger Black man were found hanging in SoCal; the political science theory called the Thermostat theory - how polar shifts in thinking tend to go in the opposite direction of sitting president, if that president is fanning the flames of extremism.  The MeToo movement greatly accelerated during the Trump admin, esp with the nomination of Kavanaugh.  Now,the fight for racial justice has exploded with the death of George Floyd.  Don, our lobbyist on the show in Nevada legislature, says there will be change in police reform and community policing.  He is impressed that the racial justice movement has attracted a lot of white people who had been silent in the past.  We discuss in full the case in Buffalo NY in which Martin Gugino, a BLM activist and Catholic pacifist was pushed down and now has a brain injury.
