Black History Celebration in Reno; Cultural Competence & Salvation stories

Tonight you will hear some dynamics between Jane, Jon and Don like you've never heard before.

They begin by first outlining the cultural perceptions that have gotten Donald Trump in big trouble with his viewpt. of hardworking Mexicans but need to be segregated by good ones and bad ones.  Jane will explain cultural diversity, cultural values, ethnic identity and affiliation by race by choice.  This is based on the cultural competence model as outlined in an educational module in the service industry.  Cultural lag, conformity and public perception will also be examined.

Don will elaborate ont he culture of Reno, Nevada and Paul Revere Williams.

Jon will talk about Christian conflict, serving God and dating and where it has led. Don will share how he turned his life around by stopping drinking.  Jane will talk about how she found her true purpose in the Midwest.
