The false teachings of Psalms 147:19:20 by some Israelite camps

Shalom to the family. There is some false Doctrine amongst a lot of these so-called Hebrew Israelite camps that the Most High is not dealing with any other nations except Israel. One of the precepts that they are using is Psalms 147:19-20 to justify their false teaching.
