A 44 Billion Dollar Industry that continues to speed into even more growth combining technology, physical labor, electronics, and science.
Clients are demanding more and more of its security teams, their contracted services and this industry’s professionals but training, officer wages and benefits, respect and state and federal laws are just not keeping up with the customer's expectations or their demands.
Making things more complicated is the current labor pool, the local politics and the lack of professionalism and education in the industry.
Today, in part one, we'll address the history of private security and how it has grown to where it is today and why a 44 Billion Dollar Industry is years behind the eight ball and needs to catch up by providing better personnel, higher level of skill based training, better wages and quality officers to their demanding customer.
