Quinnie Cook Richardson of Quinnie’s Kitchen is a Master Chef in the kitchen and out in nature she is quick to identify various plants that are beneficial to our well-being.
Quinnie says there are hundreds of different foods at our finger tips to choose from. We must consider the fibers in our food which helps with the digestion.
On her Sankofa GreenNative Plant Walk, she explains how to identify the plant and why it is beneficial to our wellbeing. She calls this education – Health Empowerment.
