AT THE END OF A 31 DAY WATER/URINE FAST with SANDY RODGERS

So here we are at the end of my 31 day FAST! I fasted the full month of July, the 7th month of the year. I have recorded my experiences and posted on my You Tube channel – Sandy Rodgers, if you want to look and hear about the journey. The main lesson I got from this fast is my connection to Holy Spirit grew stronger every day. My energy soared and I accomplished so much, especially with things I had been putting off to another day/time, procrastination.

I have had many who supported and loved me along this journey and some who questioned my reasoning and even some who just could not understand why I would rely solely on water and urine to survive for 31 days! Whatever position you take is great. At the end of this journey is…….
