My wildest dream is to introduce the world to a phenomenal woman with incredible faith and share a glimpse of her life’s journey. She was born on September 13, 1933 in Berea, North Carolina, Her parents Elijah & Georgia Wilkerson named her Willie Bernice, she had nine sisters and brothers who have always been a source of encouragement and strength. Her father worked as a sharecropper on farms in the South owned by white landowners. This book shares a glimpse of her life’s experiences and personal journey.

When she was a teenager, she met a young man named Sidney. He became the love of her life. The rest is as they say is, “History.” Later they married, and she gave birth to eight children including two sets of twins. 

Learn how faith, family, friends and love helped her survive the loss of her husband, five-children, two-grandchildren, loved ones and many friends. She has overcome many trials and tribulations.
