Thoughts Love Reflections with James DeShay "Police Dept Back In Check"

The more I see this video the more I believe this man needs to be fired. He is clearly unable to do his job. At some point in time he decided that he was above the rights of the community and it's citizens. We the people of the United States have to put the police department across the country back in check. There are to many police officers across the country not using common sense. The only reason this was not worst is because it done in front of to many cameras and people. The chief of police in the mayor need to review all of this man's cases and reports dealing with the general public. He needed to question his own authority in this situation. In order to determine if he had a leg to stand on. It is a horrific situation to be placed under arrest and be handcuffed. Police need to stop thinking it is not a big deal. It time to stop allow the police to hold the citizen of United State hostage. They should not be allowed to use the threat of arrest to gain compliance. If something is an arrestable offense than the officer should do his job; but walking around using the law as a weapon is wrong.
