The man who claims to be from Mars

Boris was born on planet Earth in Russia and immediately appeared to be a precocious baby and child. He began to talk about the history of Mars, claiming that life there died out thousands of years ago but that there are still some 'very tall' beings living below the surface of Mars.

He claims to be from Mars himself.
