The narrative behind WAP is this is a form of BLACK WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT, while others consider it the exact opposite. PEPE LE PEW a popular DYSNEY character invented in 1945 and popularized through the 80s & 90s as a "ladies’ man" for his relentless pursuit of his love interest has been determined inappropriate today; and publicly denounced, despite rarely making appearances in any recent DYSNEY films. Is this an effective use of CANCEL CULTURE to teach young boys to respect women?
