BLACK SOCRATES offers his version of a BUYING BLACK MANIFESTO for the BLACK COMMUNITY and invites his audience to not only critic the points in the manifesto, but to ask is it even necessary. Why don't other races and ethnic groups openly campaign in this manner, but AFRICAN AMERICANS do so quite often? Are BLACK people too frivolous with their spending? Do AFRICAN AMERICANS support BLACK-OWNED BUSINESSES (BOBs) enough? Are BOBs up to standard to garner the support they need? Are our expectations for BUYING BLACK realistic or too high?
