Some were surprised to find out about JAY-Z's recent deal with the NFL teaming up for events and social activism, in lieu of COLIN KAEPERNICK's protest and battle with the NFL. They called JAY-Z an opportunist who consistently sells out BLACK PEOPLE for his own bottom line. Others support this partnership as a great opportunity to help those disenfranchised people KAEPERNICK kneeled for in the 1st place. Former ESPN analyst, JEMELE HILL, wrote an article condemning the move, while many are not surprised that First Take’s STEPHEN A. SMITH supports the partnership.
