The Kerri Edelman Show presents Comedienne Liz Russo

Liz Russo has recently taped for Laughs on Fox TV and heard on the SiriusXM radio show "My Wife Hates Me" with comedians Rich Vos and Bonnie McFarlane. She has been a regular on Raw Reality with Gail Kasper as part of the Odd Squad on WMCN44 in Philadelphia, PA. Liz can also be seen on the new web series Transform My Transformers, gaining popularity on YouTube. Adding to her acting credits is the 2015 independent film The Bottle produced by award winning Julian Farris Films. In 2015, Liz has performed for Gilda's Laugh Fest in Grand Rapids, Michigan, The 9th Annual Laugh Your Ashville Off in Asheville, North Carolina, and was featured for the full Labor Day weekend at the Out Of Bounds comedy Festival in Austin, Texas. Liz has worked as a feature comedienne for such comic greats as Dave Chappelle, Colin Quinn, Gilbert Gottfried, Artie Lange, Jim Norton, Jessica Kirson, Lisa Lampanelli and many more national acts. Liz was a regular at the Comedy Stop at the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City before it closed in 2015 and she has been performing professionally around the country for over a decade, including comedy clubs such as Carolines on Broadway, Standup NY, FunnyBone, Helium Comedy Club, and more quality venues nationwide. Liz combines sexual innuendo with her own kind of confident, self-deprecating humor. She draws from her personal experience as a plus size model, talking about body image and her 100+ lb weight loss.
