As children of the Lord, we have Divine Favor with God.  Favor cannot be earned nor begged for.  This favor comes from the Lord.  It is not what we have done nor how good we been it is God's grace that is upon His people. We can see the favor of God in all areas of our lives.  Sometime we mistake it for being good our our own feelings of self-righteousness.  Knowing that we have favor with God, should humble us  and cause us to be mindful of what a great God we serve.
