A story of how she foiled rape and as a young white girl enjoyed partying and associating with wealthy white Americans in Montecito and Santa Barbara areas in the State of California. Her goal was to graduate from Berkeley and become an independent woman at a time when most women weren't thinking about college or independence, but about marriage and children. Dale wanted to enjoy life to its fullest and she had goals that were ahead of soiciety's mindset during the 1960s.
