Colombo Chronicles: Is it Legal for Wealthy to Buy Up World Water Supplies?

Is it legal, lawful, and constitutional for the Banksters and Politicians like the Bush Dynasty to buy up the world's clean water and all water supplies which grants to themselves control and power over the world's citizens?  The water supplies in America belong to We The People, not to the government to sell off to Banksters and to themselves so they can take control over the entire world and force more tyrannical laws down the throats of Americans and the rest of the world as they hold themselves above the law and exempt themselves from the laws which is illegal, unconstitutional and unlawful.  Who controls the water controls the food supplies and controls the Ranchers and Farmers as well. If they privatize the water supplies then they can force people off their property by making water unaffordable just like they made health care unaffordable and confiscate property.  The Congress has to be in on this Scam played on the American people as they sold out Public Airwaves which belong to the American Citizens and Taxpayers by denying us the right to plug our TV cords into the wall outlet and watch local TV stations and public access.  They sold out to the wealthy CEO's of cable companies while still collecting taxes for Public Air waves which should be prohibited by law.
