Morphine is a narcotic and it is generally used to manage severe pain. However, this drug has the potential of becoming addictive. The phrase “Getting a buzz” refers to the use of a chemical substance to manage social stress, challenges or simply taking the mind off of problems. When people are having a buzz, the last thing they want is for someone or something to distract them from the euphoria of intoxication. Much like the misuse of Morphine, the latter practice can and has become most addictive for far too many people who seek to avoid the responsibilities of self-governance, independence and accountability to society.
Join TALK-STRAIGHT host, Rev., Dr. Rueben Dockery as he discusses how and why so many people continue to struggle in life simply because they are busy moving from one Buzz to another!
