They Call Me A “Statistic” – My Situation is “Vital”

As related to the life and social expectations of the status of At-Risk males, determinations are made from their birth. The first assumption is based on where they come home after being born. This measure is a Vital Statistic. The truth is – our outcomes in life are not necessarily based on our beginnings our socioeconomic status.
